Foam Board: XPS, EPS and polyisocyanurate -- useful for insulating solid surfaces or creating a barrier between two spaces.
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) -- the closed cell, high density spray foam that we use is an excellent air and vapor barrier in addition to having a very high insulating value.
